I don’t really know what to say besides holy moly. God is very kind and has allowed this JULU journey to be quite the amazing adventure. I love this city I’ve grown up in, and I’m constantly so honored to call it home, and now to be the cover of its magazine @savannahmagazine for their “Shop, Do, Dine” issue !! 🤩🥹🩷🥰☺️😘 Thank you @mike_schalk for this photo, @catiemcc0y for this article you’ll be able to read in this March / April issue, and @dokidokiicecreamery for this yummy gelato 🩷 by @ju._lu

We made a new Special Recipe Fish with our friend @ju._lu

Actually we made a pair of them. They’re both 5’10 and they turned out insane.

Very stoked to make rad stuff with people we like. 5’10 x 37.8 L with @futuresfins twin fin boxes.

“For the modern-day wellness-adjacent digital nomad”. Vogue’s words, not ours.

Work. Sweat. Cold plunge. Take a call. Find the rooftop. Stay for a drink. Repeat in whatever order feels right.

It’s been a packed month! I got to work with @mea_flowers and @briekeeley on the dream wedding in Breckenridge, CO. Then a quick trip to Myrtle Beach, SC to paint an addition at @wonderandwilde . Then off to Asheville where we got to stay in @ophilya_handmade amazing bus, and hit up @recess_coffee the next morning! Then off to Louisville, Kentucky for @emilymaddox_ and @jesseelynch wedding! Then back home in time to move out @dreamhousesavannah 😢 Then an amazing weekend with Chandlers parents! And now it’s studio day ONE! by @ju._lu

In 2018 my dear friend @modbirdcreative suggested that I paint a mural at @cbcsavannah for the kids check in area. I had never painted a mural, and had just graduated the year prior from @scaddotedu with a degree in textiles. I was stubborn to the idea of using a brush and decided that finger painting would be the route I’d take for that task… I was a stubborn fibers girly. (Last photo is that mural 🥹) That mural ended up kicking off my entire career, and off I ran with mural painting, for years! And years Lord willing to come! Flash forward to this summer, I decided maybe it was time for a refresh. After hundreds of murals, and years of developing as an artist, my style naturally changed. I repainted the finger painted dot mural, and then had the JOY of teaming up with @jennakilgore to create murals for the entirely new cbc kids check in area. All these amazing illustrations represent various Bible verses that we felt fit the space well, and Jenna designed them all herself 🤍 it’s been a gift to paint for a church home that I love so much! And work with so many folks on this! @addiebsheffield also took these photos and helped paint a good amount of this as well! Go team 🤍 also shoutout to my HUSBAND for prepping all these walls 🤍 by @ju._lu
