Nancy and me ran the Alcester 10k Sunday! Obliterated our target! Nah, we ran well and loved every minute! Great event, thanks to organisers. @nancyamchandler @alcester10k by @juancheeko

A bit going on in life at the moment, only just still digesting the sad sad loss of Mani, as a drummer you know how the best bass players weave a groove together, Mani and Reni were in my opinion as good as the greats, to me, a 16yr old they were just the best. But to be a lovely bloke on top just says it all, so lucky to have met him a few times at @primalscreamofficial gigs and had a brilliant night with him and Imelda trawling the Spanish bars in London. She was absolutely brilliant. I just want to say thanks to Mani for such brilliant inspirational music that shaped my youth and beyond. I really hope he rests in peace❤️ #RIPMani by @juancheeko

RIP Brian Wilson, impossible to sum up his influence on music. But for me, the Beach Boys and the harmonies have been a part of life since I can remember anything at all, as soon as I could drive the first thing on the tape player was Little Duece Coupe or Surfin USA, dreaming of getting ‘rubber in all four gears’! As my musical knowledge became more widespread it became clear that Pet Sounds was one of if not THE greatest album ever made. Complete genius at work. The opening bars of God Only Knows….So lucky we got to watch that album played in full over nearly 25 yrs ago. #BrianWilson #TheBeachBoys ❤️❤️❤️🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️ by @juancheeko

@pandabearofficial - @castleandfalcon What an incredible sound, harmonies and songs. I’m going as far as saying that I’ve not been to such an absorbing show since Broadcast all those years ago. Absolutely amazing. Thanks! by @juancheeko

Boxing Day Cross - shouts from @chandlerrjoe - fantastic event and a great way to burn off some Turkey. Finished 9th V50 which I was well chuffed with. Been a great #cyclocross season. Merry Christmas to all @rotorraceteam @velotech_uk @vittoriauk_tyres @cbearcycling @veloukwebsite by @juancheeko

We don’t ride the boards anymore, apparently we’re too old, I don’t normally take advice very easily but that advice was good and I’ve never bunnyhopped them since. This #cyclocross season has been brilliant and I’ve loved it, 3 rounds to go. This pizza by @impastomicropizzeriauk is not only a work of art, but also, and I’m not posting this comment without the serous scrutiny it deserves, I’d say THE best pizza I’ve ever had. Just don’t miss out, it’s amazing. @phoenixstratford by @juancheeko
