Espresso and UFO available. Nice to see Primary expanding, with an interesting brewing setup at their newest spot!

Closing a chapter at the 4th best coffee shop in the world, with a little highlight of my daily opening routine. ☕️

Big thanks for all the knowledge, guidance, and patience in walking me through every little detail of the shop. Super grateful to have had the opportunity to work under @pattypatpatmok and learn so much along the way.

A lovely spot to chill, serving Gabriel Coffee with a La Marzocco KB90, Izaga Markibar, and Mahlkönig EK43 behind the bar.

Espresso and batch brew available. Always nice to revisit a familiar coffee spot!

Dirty Red — Rozelle. ☕️🍳

Back at Dirty Red to finally try their food, and of course, enjoy some good coffee from White Horse. Had an amazingly aromatic and flavourful long black, brewed on a La Marzocco Linea PB, alongside 2 Izaga Markibars and a Mahlkönig EK43.

For brunch, we ordered the Rancher Eggs and Turkish Eggs. Both were beautiful! The sauces were so good that we had to order extra focaccia to finish them off 😂

Eat Ozzo — Marrickville. ☕️🥪

Currently running a Ruggero, Mahlkönig E65 GBW, and EK43, while their Synesso S300 is under repair.

Coffee from Five Senses, with espresso and batch brew available. Nice to see a proper coffee setup alongside their sandwiches!

Offset x D. ☕️

Quite a lot happening behind the bar here! Running a Sanremo Café Racer, 2 Mazzer Konys, 2 Anfim SP2s, and a Mahlkönig EK43. Definitely plenty of grinders to keep the coffee options interesting.

Serving beans from Infinity Coffee and Danes Coffee, with espresso and batch brew available. Nice to see two different roasters sharing the bar, with plenty of equipment to work with.

Bear Espresso. ☕️🐻

Probably the tastiest piccolo I've ever had! The cinnamon notes came through straight away from Headlands Coffee's Flour Mill blend. Such a lovely cup, and definitely one that caught me by surprise.

Behind the bar, they're running a Synesso MVP Hydra, Mahlkönig E80 GBW, and EK43, with espresso and batch brew available.

Still thinking about that piccolo, though. Might have just set a new standard for me 😂
