1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭55‬ ‭-‬‬ “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?”.

How comforting is it to be able to say that verse with full confidence knowing that OUR God has power over death? A year ago today my sweet momma passed away. The emotions I have felt have been many and uncontrolled, but through this trial I have felt God moving in my life more than ever.

James 1:2 says “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds.” Through believing and knowing that God’s plan is perfect, He has allowed me to have a glimpse of what this may mean in my own life. It is so dearly sad that my mom passed away, but she is in the arms of our all-powerful God! She is no longer suffering, but in paradise. How awesome is it that she already achieved my life goal?! Love your mommas well and know that God loves you! by @judeperkins_
