This past weekend, Vic Il·lustra hosted “The Imaginary Museum”, a group exhibition featuring my piece The Coffee Community. ☕️

It’s a real honour to share the exhibition space with 79 illustrators whose work I deeply admire!
Sad I couldn’t be there in person, but happy to be represented by my coffee-themed piece.

Long live the illustration community! ❤️ by @juditcanela

Equestrian Parade

A little collection of characters that emerged during the creation process of the Horse archetype for the Almagro Classical Theatre Festival.
I think this project has marked a turning point in the way I enjoy the creative process. Imagination, experimentation and endless play.
Perhaps that’s the most valuable lesson I’ll take away from this special commission: allowing myself to explore without knowing exactly where the shapes will lead me.
Maybe in another life I was a costume designer? Or an inventor of impossible toys? by @juditcanela

Three collaborations with @joidart : Interval, Somni and Venus.
Three collections, three distinct universes, each rooted in the territory and explored from a different perspective.

A glimpse into these collaborations through a few images. Thank you, Joidart, for the creative freedom.

Tres col·laboracions amb @joidart: Interval, Somni i Venus.

Tres col·leccions, tres universos propis, arrelats al territori i explorats des de perspectives ben diferents.

Un tastet d’aquestes col·laboracions a través d’algunes imatges.

Gràcies, Joidart, per la llibertat creativa. by @juditcanela

A couple of weeks ago, I shared a little retrospective of the book covers I’ve illustrated over the years, and I completely forgot to include one of my favourites! 📚

« El cerebro de la madre » by @terapia_repite_conmigo, published by @aguilarlibros_ (Penguin Random House)

In this book, the author explores the neurological changes mothers experience during motherhood. 🧠

Ho trobaràs tot a TrencaLaSoledat.org
