Lots of new pots over to the shop @greatdixterofficial and glimpses of my swift walk around the exquisite garden after the rain…. don’t know how the gardeners have managed to keep the beds so lush and healthy through the summer… a bore hole and a lot of hard work…’A good year for Zinnias…they like the heat’ one of the gardeners Louise says. ⭐️This weekend @winchcombepottery celebrated being a working pottery for 100 years ⭐️It’s where it all began for me as a child… very luckily the main thrower there Eddy Hopkins (or Eddy H as he liked to be called) completely took me under his very generous,skillful and hilarious wing…and here I am today still potting🙏 I keep a picture of him,that I took all those years ago, above my wheel so he can keep an eye on me at all times.
These are his Eddy mugs and the little bowl is the first piece I made and fired there in the Winchcombe kiln. Dear Eddy.
And it is wonderful to see the pottery with a really good team and flourishing once again 🔥🔥🔥 #winchcombepottery by @judith_rowe_pottery

The moment we heard still feels so vivid.
I was in my workshop on Eel Pie Island.

It is poignant that this little piece was chosen by somebody yesterday 🙏

Just wanting to remember everyone who was there or nearby… those who lost their lives, their families and friends and of course the brave people who helped at the scene 🙏🦋🙏 May we find peace in our hearts and Peace in the world. by @judith_rowe_pottery
