Introducing Ashleigh Smith @ashleighsmith.official- An actor, singer, model, creative and fitness enthusiast. He has been fortunate to work on many projects over the last 10 years and wouldn’t want to be defined with one label. As a creative he has been able to share his love for music through his own artistry and create music that allows him to enjoy his favourite season of year which happens to be summer. His defined style and sound reflect this and marries up with his favourite genres which are deep house, R&B & gospel.

Introducing Ayesha @ayesha.in.words - A poet who blends culture, lived experience and meaningful words to tell stories that feel both personal and universal. Through relatable storytelling and thoughtful expression, her poetry connects everyday experiences with deeper messages of identity, community and life.

Introducing Honest Dave - @h0nest_dave a singular, unique artist delivering songs that have quiet emotional impact. Songs built on rhythms and melodies harvested from across many musical landscapes. Featuring tender falsetto vocals, blended percussive layers, and melodic saxophone, the songs tell stories that often emerge from difficult, dark places, but hold hope and joy in the
telling.

Introducing Judith Ude @Judith_ude - JUDITH UDE (pronounced ‘ Ooh-day’) is a Midlands based singer-songwriter, producer and harpist. Her Nigerian heritage and gospel singing roots blend with her love of soul, classical & electronic music to shape her unique sound. Lyrically, her songs speak of love, personal experiences, and the many shades of life, whilst as a black female harpist, she overturns stereotypes. Her music has appeared on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 3, and BBC Introducing, whilst also making an appearance on the international crime television series ‘Body of Proof’. Judith has also performed on many stages including Latitude Festival, Leicester Music Conference and the BBC Make a Difference Awards.

🪉 HARPY FRIDAY PEOPLE 🪉

Two weeks ago, I had the amazing privilege of performing at @brewbeat in Leicester city centre. It was so good to share the stage with people like @jake_thompson_music @harrigeorgio and @dj_theoldboy .

Thank you to everyone that came out to support me (even though it was a little bit chilly 🥶).

Thank you to @drbigyas @hqrecording for always giving me, and so many other local artists, a platform. You're making big things happen in Leicester.

Thank you also to @pinboardmedia for the exceptional shots 📸 Somehow you always make me look like a rockstar 👩🏾‍🎤🪨✨

BrewBeat, once again, it was a pleasure.

🪉 HARPY FRIDAY EVERYONE 🪉
On this exceptionally wet day (even though our land is grateful for the rain), I thought I'd share some sunnier harpy moments from this summer ☀️

There have been so many, and each one has been a beautiful adventure, but here are just a few:

1. A festival style wedding in Nottingham
2. Posing after soundcheck @themillbarnsvenue before a beautiful Hindu wedding.
3. Courtyard vibes @strattoncourtbarn for Nathan and Adele's wedding 🤵🏼‍♂️🤍👰🏼‍♀️
4. Performing @sofarcov Thank you @oliverhindleyphotography for the beautiful 📸
5. Fields of Gold... 👩🏾‍🌾
6. Catching sun rays in front of The Chapel of Unity
@coventrychapelofunity
7. Performing @homertoncollege @cambridgeuniversity for the Research Cultures in the Arts & Humanities event 👩🏾‍🎓 (and a doting husband @lukevictormusic capturing the moment 😅)

🪉 HARPY FRIDAY PEOPLE!🪉
Can you believe it's already been a week since I put out my new single?! I performed the original version of this song @duffysbarleicester a while back. I really enjoyed playing it, but I remember thinking then that I wanted to find a way to share it that felt more like the words that I was singing...
Songwriting, through to music production, takes you on a real journey. I'm still trying to find ways to deliver the most authentic version of everything I write. I think I'm getting closer all the time, and learning more about myself as I go. What I want to say and how I want to say it. It's an ongoing process that I never get tired of.

What are the things that you want to say, but don't know how?
