Today, we celebrate our very own Judy Tett—co-founder and 50% owner of Cinevation. The DIT industry has made progress toward inclusivity, but there’s still a long way to go. A quick look at the industry shows that, as far as we can tell, no large DIT companies in the UK currently have a female company director. While the tides are changing, there are still barriers to break down. And change starts at the top. We may still be an incredibly small company, but every decision we make is driven by a commitment to diversity and inclusivity. This International Women’s Day, we celebrate how far we’ve come—and every other day, we remind ourselves of where we need to go. by @judy.dit
