a month of self dedication can shift a lot i started the gym last May 2025 then stopped in June then tried again in july then stopped a month after dedicated a few days of my week in October but i wasn’t fully there i was still mentally fighting myself i was carrying weight that wasn’t just physical and i knew i needed to reevaluate my intention for this journey i was entering i stayed consistent until late December 2025 but then January came and i slacked and i was in my own way

FEB 3rd 2026 i got back in the gym and i changed my whole plan my mission was different it wasn’t just about growing my glutes or eliminating my stomach & back it was about building the woman i am growing into building her mind to know she can push harder, that health is wealth, connecting to my body and listening to her

I changed my weights i changed my hours i changed what i eat and who i share my life with who i share my time with i had to go back and recenter to get to this moment now the present moment and though this journey hasn’t been smooth it has changed my life for the better 🙂‍↔️
