Hey ya’ll it’s my first pot of chili of the season....& it’s a spicy one!

The big debate among my family has been beans vs no beans! My kids like the way I make it & that does include chili beans. Their dad on the other hand, participant of the Terlingual Chili cook off, is wagging a finger, oh no, that’s not how we Texans do it! 😵

When I grew up, our chili was made with whatever we had. Beans made it “go farther” so to speak. Never dreamt of having “Fritos” & cheese to pile on top!

So make your chili in the personal way it appeals to you. There’s no right or wrong way, just dish it up on a cool night like tonight & enjoy 😋👍 by @judylindquist
