Midsummer, and this boat is mental ๐Ÿ˜… 103 knots is hella fast on water. Topspeed around 111 knots. Dayumn ๐Ÿ˜ by @jugga_steele
Today was fun! Went with a buddy and shot a rifle both regular targets and ended it with a can just for fun. I actually hit the targets way better than I thought. So yeah I'm officially ready for the zombie apocalypse ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿค˜#pewpew by @jugga_steele
Way later than usual, but the first time for this year. Was pretty chilly ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜… Sonny couldnt make it cuz he was working, but the rest came.๐Ÿ˜€ Next year we'll go earlier while the ice is still around. I'll be in way better shape then too for sure! For now it's still seal season and keep building mass until next year ๐Ÿ˜ can't wait for more sun and vacation ๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿฅณ by @jugga_steele
Sunday-Funday and legs on the menu. Father, daughter, wife and buddy with us today. Awesome fun and got totally drained of energy. As it should be when grinding ๐Ÿ˜† Enjoy the last of weekend folks ๐Ÿ˜š #screwhashtagstoday by @jugga_steele
Saturday legday. Filmed some exercises just for fun.๐Ÿ˜ Daughter has decided to give weightlifting a go so that's friggin awesome.๐Ÿฅฐ Will be a good compliment to soccer and we'll turn her into a more buff version of herself, plus she's gonna outmuscle her peers and win over all the boys in armwrestling๐Ÿค˜ Was a fun day at the gym, but 2 hours is kinda long I guess. Note to self. Cut down on volume to make more gainz. #gym #gymlife #hardestworkerintheroom #trainhard #workhard #viking #fit #fitfam #weightlifting #vikingpower #beard #inked #inkedmuscle #strongfuckingnerd #fitover45 #fitness #bodybuilding #getswole #fitspo #teamwycked #neverskipgymday #dontliftbuild #gainz #consistency #consistencyiskey #dreamteamohult #poweredbymajskakor #daddydaughter #sledrace #legpress by @jugga_steele
Chest & Tri on the menu. Helped daughter with some exercises and it's so heartwarming how she listen and does her very best. Makes me so proud ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜€ Tried 200kg Hoist Decline press, and well it was way heavy and I almost blacked out pushing the first rep.๐Ÿ˜… Went to fail atleast, but it's a bit much atm. Also did just for fun the seated dips with my usual weight + her sitting on one side. Way too heavy, couldnt even get down in the seat enough ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… it was fun tho and she seemed to enjoy it as well ๐Ÿคฃ Gonna enjoy the last bit of weekend now well deserved ๐Ÿค˜ #gym #gymlife #hardestworkerintheroom #trainhard #workhard #viking #fit #fitfam #weightlifting #vikingpower #beard #inked #inkedmuscle #strongfuckingnerd #fitover45 #fitness #bodybuilding #getswole #fitspo #gymbro #health #neverskipgymday #gainz #consistency #consistencyiskey #dreamteamohult #poweredbymajskakor #daddydaughter #weallstartsomewhere by @jugga_steele
Legday, and first time taking my daughter to the gym ๐Ÿฅฐ We had lots of fun and she handled it all really well! Listened, pushed hard and didn't give up. Gymchick in progress ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค˜ I did pretty well and got a few PR's even. -Daughter Sledpushing daddy-o at 102.5kg. Strong! -Walking lunges with 50kg DBs. Lord give me breath! ๐Ÿ˜† -Precor Squat machine with 268kg x6. Totally outta breath ๐Ÿ˜ -Weighted back extensions 100kg x6-8reps. These kicks the shit outta my glutes & hamstrings despite being a "girly-exercise". Try it ๐Ÿ˜… -Alsp pic of wifey & daughter as well as 2 pics of me and my dad. 70+y/o and still kickin ass in the gym. It's goals to be in good shape until the day ya kick it. Never too old for gym ๐Ÿ˜ So really happy overall and already wishing for tomorrow for chest&tri. Little update. Struggling with pain and numbness in arms/shoulders. I've had it for years, but its getting worse ๐Ÿ˜ Some exercises are just off limits bit doing the best I can until I can get it fixed. Waiting for orthopedic evaluation on possible carpal tunnel trouble and whatnot. Some of the exercises. -1 Hoist Incline Chestpress neutral grip. 170kg x6 -2 Hoist Decline Chestpress. Narrow grip 190kg x9 -3 Hoist Seated dip. Wide grip. 200kg x13 reps +2x 32kg KB for a bit of added weight (yes not 64kg added due to placement, but it's easy to put em there and it does add something๐Ÿ˜„ -4 Tricep pushdown with a bar. 116kg ร—7. Not very clean, but I weigh too little to stay grounded ๐Ÿ˜… Many thanks to @add_more_weight for the awesome gympin that makes it possible to progressively overload. Chest & Tri - Had an awesome day at the gym with more energy than I thought I'd have ๐Ÿ˜ Wish I had filmed more cuz did some funny stuff. Ah well next time ๐Ÿ˜† Topped it off with 46 strict reps pushups to end the session. Totally spent rn which is a good indicator that I did right. Back/shoulders today. Haven't done ANY deadliftvariation for I dunno 2 years, and probably atleast 5-8 years since I tried this. So definately not sure if it's done properly even, and camera angle isn't the best. Did heavyass latpulldowns and some rear delts first, but figured I should try this see if it hurt my lower back or moved ok. Went from empty bar to 300, which is plenty more than I've ever tried, but 270 moved very easy. Figured its a cool barrier to pass 300 ๐Ÿ˜… cuz you know.... -"THIS IS SPARTA!!"๐Ÿ˜‹ Was gonna do 1rep if it moved, but was surprised it was kinda "easy" and did a sloppy rep after (hinging and not locked out at all but w/e) Rest of workout was amazing too. w00p w00p. Really happy about how my "casual gymming" is going atm. Lotsa fun and see so much progress after implementing @liftrunbang1 science driven approach to it. Now time to rest to get dem gainz! Formcheck videos. Legday - Felt kinda tired after work. But hey some caffeine, and double PWO. Heyho let's go! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Started with SSB squats which felt pretty good, coulda done more, coulda done less. Form look pretty okay I think? Precor squatmachine- kinda more of the same so did a bit less than if I start with this exercise. Still felt pretty strong here anyways, and tried going for as much depth as the machine allows. Then did some booty/ham-work, and ended with stretch and mobility drills for 35mins. #foreverrehab heh ๐Ÿ˜… #gym #gymlife #hardestworkerintheroom #trainhard #workhard #viking #fit #fitfam #weightlifting #vikingpower #beard #inked #inkedmuscle #strongfuckingnerd #fitover47 #fitness #bodybuilding #getswole #legday #teamwycked #gymbro #squat #neverskipgymday #dontliftbuild #shutupandsquat #consistency #consistencyiskey #dreamteamohult #poweredbymajskakor by @jugga_steele
