8 years since my mama got that call
8 years since my daddy saw my car come arcoss the tv screen wit breaking news attached to it.

8 years ago today, a bullet changed my life. JUST 1 Bullet, In that moment, I didn’t know if I would ever walk again, or even if I would survive. Life was DARK!

The pain, the fear, the nights of questioning why me? I’ve lived them all. But I’ve also lived through the victories: standing up when they said I couldn’t, taking steps when it felt impossible, proving to myself that I am stronger than what tried to break me.

This journey hasn’t been easy. It’s scars, tears, prayers, and hard work behind what you see today! it’s also proof of resilience, faith, and God’s grace.

Today, I don’t just remember the day I was shot, I honor the person I became because I refused to give up. 🙌🏾💪🏾 #8YearsStrong #Survivor #Sep28

For years I just showed up to the gym wit no plan, just goin with motion just to tell my dr I was goin to the gym, in there doin whatever and never saw NO RESULTS!
Jan 1,2025 I decided to show up with a PLAN with some GOALS with a PURPOSE a different MIND SET ! I no longer cheat myself 5 months of showing up EVERYDAY wit a purpose I kno my body is happy with the work Ive put in ! ME vs ME ERDAY ! 🤝🏾

God please don’t take your hands off me 🙌🏾
I will not fumble my 2nd chance 💪🏾

The tears I cried today is not the same tears I cried a year ago it’s tears of JOY! I fought for my life and I won! What they ment for bad God ment for better! I met my angel today 💕 nobdy wanted to help us everybdy was scared but he didn’t hesitate and I just can’t thank him enough ! I surprised him on his birthday he had no idea I can now Walk 😇 angel on earth ❤️ by @juhlikedat
