Leave things in Gods hand and allow him to direct your life and follow him! During the darkest and immature part of my life God sent you into my life to bring me out of a storm that I would still be in today without you! For years straight I chased after things that didn’t deserve my time or efforts. You being you brings a light to my life that I have no words to describe. The love that you show is far different than anything I’ve experienced. Thank you for allowing me to lead you through life’s trails and tribulations understanding my worth and who I am as person and more importantly who I am as a man! Thank you for sticking by side even when I gave you reasons to leave. Thank you for still choosing me when I was dedicated all my time to work and you were okay with being able to see me and be in my presence on the days I had a little bit of time for you. Thank you for understanding my heart and my love for everyone. Thank you for not abusing my generosity. Thank you for helping me stand strong in my faith even when things seemed impossible to overcome. Dear 26, my journey to get here has been transformative and I didn’t know what the future truly held but it has been nothing short of extraordinary. Sometimes things happen in life that you cant control most of the time it turns out for the good. I built my life on Jesus and he’s been faithful through every season. He’s never let me down only has taught me lessons! New friendships and new aspirations and countless opportunities. Not getting older I’m just evolving in wisdom. I recall times when I use to pray for moments like these. When you rise from humble beginnings and turn that situation into something remarkable it’s truly special. My pops always said “son you gotta crawl before you can walk” now I’m done crawling. It’s okay to struggle a bit. Sometimes the greatest characteristics of who you are and who you become comes from struggling. These past years pushed me so far that I hit rock bottom but I had no other choice but to perceiver. A lot of people try to take credit for your accomplishments, and sucess but can’t no one but God take credit for this. A lot long and sleepless nights but it done paid off.
