Mental Health Awareness Month....

Ive been attending an adult psychiatric program for 2 years & 4 months... that's a big big deal for me, I can't be more proud of myself... never will I ever give up on ME!!

I'LL BE TOTALLY TRANSPARENT...

Some days, I question myself, i just never wanna go back in a dark tunnel;

Everyday is a different day with the same struggles. Im no better than anyone else but once you understand, never cross your worth, morals,principles, values, respect, unanimously honesty is being able to challenge your inner self... boundaries are a must to set!!

Would you believe i have social anxiety 🤔

It's weird 😕 to explain.... at times i second guess myself, 🤷 🙄 how folks viewed me, especially my mental health. I'm not perfect, but will forever protect MYSELF... BY ALL MEANS... MY MINDSET IS GENUINELY GOTTA ALOT BETTER BUT I STILL STUGGLE 💯 IT'S ALOT TO EXPERIENCE. I KNOW DIFFERENT COPING SKILLS..... STOP(5,4 3 2 1), BOx BREATHING 444, RESET, REGROUP, and believing in myself, my strength, my power,my peace ✌️ 🙏 I know it times i feeL MISUNDERSTOOD, IT'S HARD FOR ME TO CONTROL MY EMOTIONS. I HAVE MORE EMPATHY FOR MYSELF, AND I EMPATHIZE OTHER'S EMOTIONS. I'M JUST TRYING LIVE A FULLIMENT LIFE KNOWING THAT IM DIFFERENT AND ITS ALRIGHT BECAUSE I'M A HUMAN BEING BY NATURE..... IM JUST HUMBLED, loyal 🙏 and evolving into a beautiful flower 🌼 🌸

I had 2 mental breakdowns and I just didn't understand, why me, why me, why me!! That's when I knew I had to start the healing process....

I didn't realize that so many puzzles was broken into pieces... that I've been running away from, especially the unknown 😳 I just hold my head up high and walk with grace 👑 it's never to late,, im so proud of myself for once choosing ME.... by @juicingwithtradonna
