It turns out my natural habitat is somewhere between the sea, the beach and the sun.
Scientists are still investigating why?

Yalla… #throwback … exactly one year ago I started a journey I’ll never forget and regret.
Tel Aviv, my second home.
Hopefully I’ll be back soon.
Because some places never really let you go.

הכל יהיה בסדר 🫶

2025.
A year in motion.
New places. A new job. New perspectives.

A sabbatical that created space.
Endless travel. So much growth.
And Tel Aviv is now my second home.
I miss it more than I thought I would.

Wild days. Brave choices. Best friends in the world!
A year that changed me more than I expected.

2025 - you did your thing.

Copenhagen is beautiful – but somehow missing the „Balagan“ vibe.
Everything’s so clean, need a reservation everywhere, even the wind feels polite. 😅
But that light by the water… okay, that got me.

Golden sunshine ☀️? Check. ✔️
Dog hair everywhere 🐶? Double-checked. ✔️✔️
Annie and her dragon are on duty – and no, we’re not letting him go, of course. 😂

The new photo album is the „Instareel“
Time flies, three months have passed. In a few days I‘m back at work. 👩🏽‍💻
This sabbatical wasn’t just a break – it was a heartbeat.
What began as an adventure quickly became a way of life.
From shakshuka to sunset, from rooftop talks to the reality to stay in a shelter.
I have no idea how to put such a time into words …. so enjoy the pictures!
Sabbatical content stops now 😂
Yalla Bye!

These six weeks in Tel Aviv filled my heart – and yet they ended so abruptly. Right now, it feels like all the focus is on the last few days, but that’s not the whole story.

I don’t regret a single moment. I’ve rarely felt so alive, so connected, so free. Tel Aviv welcomed me, carried me, changed me.

I’m grateful for true friendships, for closeness in a new language, for life between the beach and the sirens.
Tel Aviv is now part of me – my second home.

I hope for calmer days. And to return to this wonderful place.
תל אביב, אני אוהבת אותך ❤️❤️❤️

#sabbaticalmoments
4 weeks in Tel Aviv – filled with meaningful encounters, beautiful souls, and the vibrant energy of this city.
I’ve met incredible people, felt deeply, laughed freely, and finally arrived – in this place, and in myself.

Now looking forward to another 4 weeks of discovery, presence and connection.
Still holding on to the hope that the war end soon and all hostages come home soon!

Sabbatical moments like this – standing above the Sea of Galilee, looking out towards the Golan Heights, remind me why I’m here. To pause. To reflect. To reconnect.
And just like the song says – תמיד אוהב אותי – always loving me.
This land holds so much beauty. #chooselove ❤️ and #stopthewar

Back in Tel Aviv — finally. After everything that happened on October 7th, being here again feels incredibly meaningful. Choosing to spend part of my sabbatical here was absolutely the right decision. Let’s see what this city still has in store for me.

Sabbatical moments — from the heart of Brussels, through the buzz of London, all the way to the raw, windswept beauty of Cornwall.
