Don’t underestimate these just because they seem simple. In TCM, this combo is amazing for restless sleep and an overactive mind. Mother Earth provides what we need.🌍✨

☝️ Let’s break it down….

🫘 Sour Jujube Seeds (Suan Zao Ren) — nourishes Heart & Liver blood, calms the Shen (mind/spirit); go-to for insomnia, night waking, palpitations, and anxiety

🍎 Red Jujube Dates (Da Zao) — tonifies Qi & Blood, gently calms Shen (mind/spirit), harmonizes the other herbs

🫚 Fresh Ginger (Sheng Jiang) — warms the middle, aids digestion, balances the coolness of the other herbs

These 3 create a grounding brew that nourishes, calms, and eases the body into rest. I had a cup and I honestly already feel the effects as I write this caption….🥱😪

✨ Happy 8 + 8 + 2026 = 8/8/8 ♾️♾️♾️

A reminder for today:

1. Get clear on what you want.
Name it. See it. Feel it.
2. Get into alignment.
Trust. Relax. Believe.
Believe that you are worthy of what you desire and that it’s possible for you. ✨
3. Take aligned action.
Ask yourself: What can I do today that moves me one step closer to what I want?
Then do it. Every day.

Clarity. Alignment. Action.
And most importantly… BELIEVE. ♾️

What’s meant for you doesn’t require you to force it.
It asks you to become available for it.✨

Happy August! Summer’s for slowing down. Be easy on yourselves. There’s time to hustle and there’s time to chill, it’s the balance. And the present really is a gift bc it’s truly all we’ve got.💖✨😌

PDRN aka Salmon DNA topical serums are everywhere but does it actually absorb into skin, or is this just hype?🤔

I have not yet jumped on the peptide bandwagon but I am genuinely curious where this is going, but we need more human research.🔬🧐

A lot of recent posts are making it sound like these peptides are now FDA approved. That’s not accurate. What actually happened: an FDA advisory committee recommended them for the 503A compounding list. RECOMMENDED, not approved. However, it is def heading towards an exciting time in medicine! And it is time the pharmaceutical industry that’s long profited from keeping people sick on meds rather than focusing on healing to be challenged.🤌☝️🤩

You could be taking collagen every single day and still not maximizing it. Not many are aware of nutrient pairing, which is SO important for it to work better and maximize the benefits!🤌

So swipe through for that missing piece and why it matters.👌

And when you get to that missing piece, head to my Fullscript store (link in bio) to see my favorites.😉

Let’s talk hyperpigmentation, also known as melasma. It isn’t solved by one miracle ingredient, but these non-hydroquinone options are some of the most useful ingredients to look for in a routine. Consistency and daily SPF make the biggest difference!🤌

And of course background music cred in my car goes to @khruangbin 🤘
