Happy birthday sissy! 💞

Here’s to knowing & loving you my whole life (you can’t say the same 🥲🤣)

As the youngest, I’m grateful for you experiencing life first & then me learning from your wins & mistakes along the way😇 thanks for going first - you gave me the courage to try too 🙆🏻‍♀️

Thanks for being the highlight of my childhood & now giving me glimpses of that back through your kiddos 🧚🏼‍♀️🎀

Love ya, always!

We celebrated @its_chani.b birthday with a Praise & Pilates sesh at @eden.wellness.studio. 🌿

Let me just say that Pilates is so humbling 😅 we struggled haha, but it was so fun & wholesome!!

Then took a lil’ drive to @plato.coffee for some matcha afterwards 🤤 my go-to is the vanilla & Chani’s is the milktart one! 🍵

Never got around to posting these, but this race was easily one of my favourites yet.

It was the first time Conray & I raced in the same team and coincidentally on our 6 year anniversary too! 💞

We had so much fun, most I’ve smiled during a race lol!

Super grateful for a supportive partner like you!! @conray.nortje ✨👫🏻

Had the best time at @farmflowgq - the slow Sunday afternoon I didn’t know I needed! 🤍✨

This event was all about connection, stretching and just being present. 🌿

I def realised I need to spend more time on mobility & stretching (this upper body stiffness ain’t it 😆)

Will be back!
