Day one of B4BC bike bingo in Squamish. Highlight of the day: getting yelled at by a stranger for not being in the bike lane only to have a stranger in the coffee line make a $100 donation to the campaign minutes later.

Acts of kindness 🖤

Last year I put together a contest with my good friends, Andrea and Teal, and the purpose was to reward a deserving person in our community with a day of pampering ❤️

In order to win, you had to nominate somebody that you thought was deserving, selfless, and kind, and was so happy to see our winner Jules get to redeem her day yesterday.

Her morning started off with personal shopping with me at Teag + Gray, with a $500 shopping spree compliments from owner Teal, followed by Makeup + Hair by me, and then off to Studio A to do a photo shoot with the amazing and talented Andrea!

Jules has been through a lot with her health, and her amazing husband was the one who sent in the most tearjerking and heartfelt note about his her, and how she was the one that deserved this prize.

Andrea, Teal and I read the nominations separately and unanimously we all chose this one.

This is a grand day, and so many of us deserve something like this, but just even the smallest act of self-care for yourself really does make the difference, so make sure you love on yourself and those around you.

Hope you enjoy this little video and hope it inspires you too make time for YOU.
Gym, skincare, sun, a hug, hanging with someone who makes you laugh, shopping, reading, a walk, whatever it is… go get that dopamine fill ✨

Thank you Teal and Andrea for helping me put this together, I just adore you both.
