Today was a field day testing some new equipment with some very talented and very smart peers, the GuRu Wireless team.

This technology began as a commercially aimed mobile charging station, and over time transformed into a future tech drone enabling platform to keep aerial flight continuously without the need to land.

I've been working with this team for two weeks now testing and learning about the two part platform and the components that make this system so unique.

Years from now when this is an everyday occurrence, because you are charging your flying car over a paneled highway 🛣️ I'll think back to these days of trial and error, the camaraderie, and the time that passed in the in betweens of testing and building prototypes and products.

I used to build SaaS products for F500 companies but nothing was as thrilling or exciting as this. Maybe the VR start up, but that was short lived.

Small changes. Big impact. 🧠⚡Balance and peace.

Kaizen,
the philosophy of continuous improvement,
is a reminder that you don't have to change everything overnight to change your life.

Sometimes, it's waking up 15 minutes earlier.

- Making one better decision.

- Learning one new skill.

- Having one conversation you've been putting off.

Or simply showing up on the days you don't feel like it.

You don't need a perfect plan. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be a little better today than you were yesterday.

Stop waiting for the big breakthrough. Start making the small adjustments.

Because the life you want is often built through the little things you do consistently, not the big things you do occasionally.

One percent better. Every day. That's the game. 🎯

Today I met with my founder group, we discussed wins and losses and plans for the next week. We are all working on building AI agents to use as digital staff for our boot strap companies.

Open SEO is a cool tool but treg.to is something that was brought up and it looks like a badass research tool. Planing on using it for my own research.

Progress update on the sky writing build still waiting on a few parts for the oil emission. The particulate emission has seen some changes moved from Nitrous tests to C02... This is a safer route.

Anyway keep building on your dreams. One Day I'll be sky writing your message over the city.

Keep looking up! by @julesmrsic

You can run... But you can't hide... Better to just face you trials and tribulations while you're young and get them all out of the way, because when you are older you'll have more to do, better to have some experience 😜 Morty !! by @julesmrsic

A reminder for anyone building something from nothing.

There are days when you feel like you have nothing to show for all the work you’re putting in. No big wins. No finished product. No proof that any of it is going to work.

Just a vision, a lot of unanswered questions, and the decision to keep going anyway.

I’ve learned that progress doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes it’s the conversations you have, the people you meet, the things you learn, and the pieces that slowly start falling into place behind the scenes.

Then one day, opportunities start showing up that weren’t there before. The right people enter the picture. Things that once felt impossible start feeling real.

Sometimes you just need to stay on track long enough for the work to start showing.

Keep building. Keep learning. Keep showing up.

Your breakthrough might be closer than you think. 🚀

10 months in the UAV space. Not only have I covered a lot of grounds in my learning and acquiring of my license and contract work but also in the business development side of creating a company that is building and developing drones I just started a consulting contract with guru wireless very exciting times ahead I can't believe all the progress I've made I just want to thank my mentors friends and family and everybody who's been on this ride with me it all started with an idea and it came at a really dark point where things were very much stand still and stagnant and I wasn't making any progress whatsoever and after leaving the Tech community for 16 years that was really weird for me but things are looking up just want to thank you all for all the support more to come by @julesmrsic
