Same cycle is all I wanna do 🦅🦅

🧠 Maybe the brain doesn’t need more motivation. Maybe it needs more rhythm.

I lost my routine for a while. And with it, I lost some of my energy, focus and drive.

Gerald Hüther often talks about how our brain thrives when things become coherent — when our actions, environment and inner world start to fit together. In German: ✨️Kohärenz✨️

I’m slowly finding that feeling again. Not through some perfect morning routine, but through small things I can repeat every day:

🛏️ Making my bed.
🪥 Brushing my teeth.
🏋️ Moving my body.
📖 Reading a few pages.
🚵 And, whenever I can, getting out on my bike.

Some days it’s a big ride. Other days, it’s just doing the small things.

And maybe that’s the point. We humans can get stuck in routines — but routines can also give us the energy and stability to do what we love.

Cheers! [o] @capturedbyfiete taken in Racepark Schulenberg by @juli.hens

good to be home for a bit 🌸🌿

sometimes I wish I could be present in different realities at the same time but in fact there is only one & all we can do appreciating the time we get. It's not that deep but damn, this life is short. Make sure to enjoy. Make sure to soak it all in. Tell people you love them and trust in the path you're on. We only get to do this once.

There is a lot to do but july fueled my soul.

IXS DHC #4 @bikeparkspicak was a blast 💨
thanks for the last minute race support @noa_hubs !!!
no wheel was harmed ✨

Building concistency, gaining momentum feels good, especially with all the racing homies around 🫶

Wasn't sure about compeating tbh. Too many factors seemed to be off. Pretty low energy levels the previous week. Happy I forced myself out of the hole, swiched the mindset and started to enjoy the ride again! Made the best out of it..7sec faster in finals after quali.

Still not fast enough for the pro girliees but at least we managed to pay the gasoline somehow 🤑⛽

I love this track because the mind always has to stay quite but busy. A lot to remember run by run, a lot of charakter changes & still some space to push :)

Cheers to everyone who made this work!
