It’s my birthday 🥳🥳🥳 Feeling so much love today. ❤️ Thank you to everyone who has reached out, called, messaged, or sent love my way. I receive it fully and send so much love right back.

This photo, captured by @imashnguyen, feels like the intention I want to carry into this next trip around the sun: calm, grounded presence in every aspect of my life.

Less rushing. More presence. More gratitude. More fully inhabiting this beautiful life. ✨

Here’s to another year around the sun. 🤍 by @juli_hoops

China, June 2026. Honestly it’s been hard to put into words how amazing this experience was. My first time in China and I LOVED it! What an amazing place (minus the squatty potties LOL) I’m not always great at sharing on social media but I’m feeling inspired to post today and I’m sure there’s more China photo dumps coming in the next weeks LOL

So grateful for spending time with friends, experiencing the culture, seeing my Sifu’s hometown, the natural beauty, ancient towns to huge cities and oh yeah… my first Kung Fu competition ☺️🥇🥇😆 more on that in another post.

Artist Residency complete and my heart is full 💗So grateful for the opportunity to go back to my roots as a choreographer and spend the week with these beautiful souls. These dancers worked so hard on completing our piece in basically 3 days. I’m so proud of them!!! Also, so grateful to spend time with my fam of fellow artists @thalversonarts @earthiopian @marlovashti @bboymickeyd and Ericka. Thank you to Mary and Miranda and the whole Kravis Center for The Performing Arts staff and crew ❤️ #choreographer #artist #artistresidency taken in West Palm Beach, Florida by @juli_hoops

One of the most beautiful towns I’ve visited 🫶🏽 Friends, get to Colombia and go to #guatape … Rent a car or it’s an easy $8 bus ride from #medellin My mama and I had a blast ❤️🇨🇴❤️ The #zócalos on the bottom of each building (cement/clay sculptures) are made according to what that particular building’s business is or what the family living inside is known for. is so beautiful! by @juli_hoops
