Overflowing with gratitude. So many people that made today so special and unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, thank you to everybody who showed up and supported me. Truly no words can ever truly explain how grateful I
am. But from the bottom of my heart thank you! 🙏❤️✨ #ThankYouGod by @juli_lopezfit

14 years apart.
People always ask me what do I do?
The truth?
Not much.

I didn’t find a secret workout.
I didn’t jump from program to program.
I didn’t chase every new fitness trend.

I just kept doing the basics… over and over again.

✔️ Strength training.
✔️ Heavy leg days.
✔️ Progressive overload.
✔️ Prioritizing protein.
✔️ Showing up, even when I didn’t feel like it.

The biggest difference between these two photos isn’t a workout.

It’s consistency and Discipline ✨😏 Try it! #Fitness #PersonalTrainer #Miamilakes #transformation by @juli_lopezfit

Had me at “I got dinner reservations” 🤎 by @juli_lopezfit

It’s more than just workouts. It’s the early mornings, the problems no one sees, the details I obsessed over, and watching a vision I had come to life every day.

I’d choose this life all over again. But success doesn’t mean you stop learning, growing, or finding new ways to become better.

That’s why I joined the Money From Content Challenge with @theafnankhalifa @profitcodeofficial Always a student. Always working on what’s next. 🤍 #Moneyfromcontent #fitness #personaltrainer #gymowner by @juli_lopezfit
