Grateful beyond words for the moments at the Branch Warren Classic this past weekend. Heartfelt appreciation to my awesome home gym @armbrustprogym , and of course, @thebranchwarren for making this experience possible.

Special shoutout to all those who sent me messages of encouragement and love this weekend, and my friends who came out to the show (new and old!). I was truly overwhelmed with gratitude for the people I’m surrounded by! 🫶🏼

Studying abroad in ireland was one of the most rewarding and growth-filled experiences of my life. Here’s a few of hundreds of pictures from all across Ireland, France, Scotland, and the UK, and a few lessons I’m taking home with me🍀

1. say yes. be open minded to new experiences, people, food, and even challenges. this is where the most growth came from for me, and the best memories!
2. be confident in your ability to adapt & react. don’t try and control things you can’t
3. the people you’re with & who surround you are the most important part of life. choose good ones
4. know your strengths, but more importantly know your weaknesses
5. alone time doesn’t have to be lonely. be comfortable by yourself, and you’ll find more fulfillment in life
6. stand up for yourself. you’re your own biggest advocate, and the opinions of others shouldn’t matter over your own needs, desires, and who you really are

There’s no way to truly summarize all of the amazing things I had the opportunity to see, do, experience, and realize. I’m returning home with a lifetime of memories, great friends (new and old), and a strengthened positive mindset.
