APPLY TO THE INJURED AREA

It’s all there
Everything that did or did not happen
Everything what was said or swallowed in silence
Actions, choices, desires, untransformed rage and shame
It’s all there - in the body
Boiling under the layers of numb armour
Until it gets out and starts to burn
Would cooling down the surface help?

Thank you Fighting Monkey.

Another DAR festival found its closure. Even not a closure, but a transition from waiting for this to happen to experience that grew through all layers of me and will continue transforming. It was far far beyond just physical work.

Again and again I’m grateful to @dance.academy.russia and honored to be on this festival in a role of translator, to be part of this incredible team.

This time was special in many ways 🙏🏼

This summer ☀️
Teaching in 6 camps in different places in Russia
For more than 450 students of very different ages - from 7 to 50+.
I’m infinitely grateful for the trust, for the hunger, for openness, for challenges and for dances and words that are growing in my heart.
This was very working but very very inspiring summer, full of growth and expansion 🙏🏼
