What an amazing God we serve!! This trip evidently showed the pure joy that comes with doing the works of the Lord. Whether that meant construction at Primera Iglesia Bautista de Leguísamo to help build onto the beautiful foundation of the church or going out and sharing our testimonies to others in Puerto Rico, ways for us to serve were abundant!!! I am so grateful to have such an awesome church family to share this amazing experience with and bring it back to our everyday lives to tell more people about the goodness of God. Overall, this trip taught me stillness is not a bad thing it's actually a great thing. It was in those moments of just pure stillness that I was able to feel the presence of God that I am not able to really feel on the go-go-go schedules our lives typically revolve around. Thank you Jesus for this amazing trip with these amazing people, I cannot wait to see how you continue to move in us and through us!!! taken in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico by @juliamae07

Wow. This trip has taught me so many things, but one of the things it has taught me is don’t take what you have for granted. In my life I have a community who loves on me and encourages me to be a light for God but that isn’t the case for everyone. God has humbled me and showed me that faithfulness is presented in the highs AND the lows.
