🔥 When you love where you work, sometimes you just don’t want to leave! ❤️💪

One of my favorite things about our HOTWORX Caldwell team is that they don’t just work here… they WORK OUT here too! 🔥

After a shift, you’ll find our staff jumping into a sauna or hitting the FX Zone to get their own workout in!

And THAT makes me happy as an owner! ❤️

We don’t just talk about HOTWORX and its benefits. We believe in it, we use it, and we genuinely LOVE it!

There’s something pretty special about having a team that believes in what we do and enjoys being part of it. We’re not just here to sell memberships. We’re here because we love this place, our members, and the community we’re building together! 🥰

Come see why we love it so much! Your first VIP guest workout is FREE, and we’d love to sweat with you! 🔥

You might recongnize this face from my worlds collide post when I was closing on my property as the realtor/seller a few months ago. I was able to convince her to break into this new world of entrepreneurship with me to get more HOTWORX locations in the valley. Meet our new TSA/GM/my new business partner taking the next adventure with me to build some more studios in our area. We fully believe in learning from the ground up, so Ashley is jumping in head first to learn all of the things in the Caldwell location. Swing by and say hi! From hosting college football players to professional bed rotter in 48 hours. 😂🏈🛌

The life of a small business owner is something else!

One minute, you’re running around like crazy, making sure everything is perfect for a BIG event with the College of Idaho Yotes football team at HOTWORX Caldwell. Coordinating, planning, hosting, making sure everyone is taken care of, and loving every minute of it! 🧡🔥

Fast forward to Sunday…

I’m in bed, doing absolutely NOTHING, and I’m not even a little bit sorry about it. 😂

As a business owner, there’s always something that needs to be done, someone to call, an event to plan, or a million things running through your head.

But sometimes even the person who tells everyone else to show up, push harder, and keep moving needs a day to NOT move. 🤣

My heart is full, my social battery is empty, and my bed has officially won today’s competition.

The Yotes had their bye week… apparently I needed one too! 🏈❤️

After a great workout, the CofI football players had some fabulous lunch, charcuterie from @Simply Munchies, and coffees provided by Burton’s Beans. Loved seeing the team bonding and happy faces, even after they were dying in their workouts 😂🔥 #hotworx #hotworxcaldwell #supportlocal #collegefootball #GoYotes taken in HOTWORX by @juliamaymorrison

Fun facts that I learned in Leadership Caldwell today.
🌾 Canyon county is the largest seed producer in the entire world! Toured the Crookham seed facility that has been in Caldwell since 1911! A fourth generation run local business.
🌱Did you know onion seeds were black?
🏡 Growing Together, a local non-profit gave an excellent presentation on why agricultural is so important and everyone should be getting involved in protecting our farms. https://growingtogetheridaho.com
Enjoy the photos of the facility. It was massive! 🌾🌱🌾 #hotworxcaldwell #supportlocal #leadershipdevelopment #supportagriculture #themoreyouknow taken in Crookham Company by @juliamaymorrison

On WEDNESDAY, we wear pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness and Veterans Month! At HOTWORX Caldwell, being part of our community means so much more to us than just providing a place to work out. ❤️

This season, we’re coming together to support Breast Cancer Awareness and celebrate our Veterans — two causes that touch so many of our members, families, friends, and neighbors. 🎗️🇺🇸

Our studio has set a goal of raising $1,000, and we would LOVE to see our HOTWORX Caldwell family help us get there!

✨ For every $1 you donate, you’ll receive 1 raffle ticket toward a FUN prize we’ll draw at the end of November.

🎗️ And with your donation, you’ll also receive a FREE breast cancer awareness bracelet while supplies last!

Whether it’s $1, $5, $20 or more, every donation matters — and those dollars add up when a community comes together. 💕

We’re proud to be a locally owned studio that believes in giving back, honoring those who have served, supporting those affected by breast cancer, and using our little corner of Caldwell to make a difference.

$1,000 is our goal… let’s see what our HOTWORX Caldwell family can do together! ❤️🎗️🇺🇸 #hotworx #hotworxcaldwell #morethanagym #fitness #giveback taken in HOTWORX by @juliamaymorrison

💕🇺🇸 Two Causes. One Community. A Whole Lot of Heart.
At HOTWORX Caldwell, we believe being strong goes far beyond what happens inside our saunas. It’s about showing up for each other and making a difference in the community we love. ❤️
This October and November, we’re coming together to support Breast Cancer Awareness and Veterans Month. We’re honoring the fighters, celebrating the survivors, remembering those we’ve lost, and showing our gratitude to the brave men and women who have served our country.
🎯 Our studio’s fundraising goal is $1,000!
🎟️ For every $1 donated, you’ll receive one raffle ticket for a chance to win a fun prize at the end of November.
🎀 You’ll also receive a FREE breast cancer awareness bracelet with your donation!
Every dollar matters, every act of kindness counts, and together we can make an impact.
Let’s show everyone what our HOTWORX Caldwell family is made of! We’re more than a fitness studio. We’re a community that cares. 💪❤️

There are a lot of places I have to be every day… but HOTWORX Caldwell is the place I genuinely WANT to be. ❤️🔥

Yes, I’m the owner—but this studio has become so much more than a business to me.

It’s where I get to move my body, clear my head, laugh with my team, connect with our members, celebrate their wins, and watch people do things they didn’t think they could do.

Some days I’m cleaning saunas. Some days I’m making calls, planning events, folding towels, fixing something, creating content or squeezing in my own workout between everything else. 😂 And somehow, even on the crazy days, I still look around and think… there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.

HOTWORX Caldwell has become my second home, and the people who walk through these doors are a huge part of why. 🥹❤️

I built a business… but somewhere along the way, it became one of my favorite places to simply BE. 🔥

A fabulous event this morning at the Indian Creek Plaza! We got to meet so many new people and catch up with some of our local faves! Aliyah and Gracie put on an amazing HOT BARRE workout and everyone loved it. The other wellness vendors were so fun too! @supernutrition threw the best dance party I have ever been too. The plaza was hopping! More events like this to come in the next few months, so keep your eye out so you can join! #hotworxcaldwell #community #wellness #notjustagym #supportlocal taken in Indian Creek Plaza by @juliamaymorrison
