Over 100 people, a whole lot of pumpkins, and one pretty perfect fall Saturday! 🎃🍂

This past Saturday, we hosted our first Client Appreciation Fall Fest at Snyder’s Farm, and we seriously couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better turnout!

It was so nice seeing everyone out in the wild, catching up, seeing how big everyone’s kids are getting (seriously, HOW?!) and just getting to hang out and enjoy the day.

We really can’t thank everyone enough for coming out. It means so much to us that you took time out of your weekend to spend the day with us. And for everyone who couldn’t make it, we hope to see you soon!

Thanks for making our first Fall Fest such a fun one! 🧡

Who said downsizing meant compromising?

This home changes the narrative that townhome living means giving up everything you loved about a single family home.

Instead, think of it as upgrading your lifestyle.

The space, the finishes, the multiple levels, the golf course views… without the exterior maintenance and never ending weekend to do list.

Less time maintaining a home. More time actually enjoying it.

For anyone ready to simplify without sacrificing the way they live, this might be exactly what the next chapter is supposed to look like.

Comment FAIRWAY and I’ll send the full property website straight to your inbox.

🏡 Want to know what separates a good lender from a great lender?
Communication.

When you're buying a home, your lender shouldn't just be talking to you—they should be working with your real estate agent and helping strengthen your offer.

Sometimes a simple conversation with the listing agent can help confirm the strength of a buyer and provide confidence that the deal will get to the closing table.

🎥 Julia Q asks Nick Montani why that communication matters.
