My sweet boy,
Champ you were the best dog ever. Thank you for the love and chaos over the past 10 years. I couldn’t have asked for a better fluffy best friend. You were a giant beast who thought he was the size of a wiener dog. You had the biggest heart. As long as you were getting butt scratches or just attention in general you were the happiest boy ever. Thank you for all the cuddles, messy kisses, walks, and adventures. You were so loved from the moment you came home by so many. I’ll love you always my sweet gentle giant. ❤️ by @juliarmac

If you were to ask me 3 years ago where I saw myself my answer would have been very different. I was always sad and felt like there was no escape from my own mind. I was one of the worst versions of myself. I had been dealing with self harm for many years but as of February 15th 2026 it’s been 3 years clean. 3 years since I wanted to harm myself. 3 years since I felt trapped in my own skin. I’m not gonna lie and say that it wasn’t hard or scary but there were people in my life that made it worth trying for everyday. I got to grow and find new versions of myself over and over again. My parents were a huge part in my journey believing in me everyday and what I could achieve. Kathrine for being my big sister and guide when I felt hopeless. James, Kelley, Bridget, and Grace for giving me a home away from home and making me want to be a role model for these little girls who mean so much to me. I had plenty of people come and go from my life and that’s okay it’s part of growing up and becoming the best version of yourself but I am forever grateful to the ones who stuck by me. I know 3 years doesn’t seem like a long time but inside knowing how far i’ve come 3 years feels like one hell of an accomplishment. 💜🩵 by @juliarmac
