This win was for this girl. The one that fought tooth and nail to get herself back after a horrible situation and came back a million times better than she ever was. I put on 10 pounds of muscle after this, making this my heaviest stage weight yet. This prep wasn’t easy by any means for multiple reasons but I’m thankful I got to prove to myself and to others that maybe are going through something rough that you can come back from anything and absolutely kill it at whatever you set your mind to. This is part of the reason I’m happy to be part of @the_resilience_company 🦋
Very excited to now be competing in my favorite division.✨✨🙆🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️

The only limit is you. Build through whatever adversity comes your way, learn from it and keep it pressing.

Reminiscing on things as the mindset has changed slightly. Not closing the bodybuilding chapter but taking a break because of all of the life changes I’m making now and in the very very near future. Next time I’m coming back so much better, I’ve had a lot of good and bad experiences this go around. Bad experiences make you appreciate 10x more when you have people that genuinely care for you show up and actually support you. So Honestly, I don’t take the bad for granted, it’s all a learning lesson. I think the Olympia, specifically the finals experience and Nick winning, re sparked the love I once had for bodybuilding and I’m grateful. by @julie_micah

It’s a wrap on big ⭕️lympia weekend. Incredible show this year.

I’m at a loss of words on how awesome it was to be here this year and to be surrounded by so many inspiring athletes.

Happy anniversary to us!
I love doing life with you
I still think we were living in red string theory until things aligned so we could be together.
Cheers to me sliding into your dms 3 years ago and for you being so persistent after that throughout the years😂 life wouldn’t be the same without you. Here’s to many more years of love, learning weird things about each other and growing together. by @julie_micah
