When you find something you love… you’ve just gotta share it with everyone.

I just can’t get over this simple, easy hack for trimming my waist and hips.
If you want SIMPLE… this is it.

I take 1 tablespoon a day of my chocolate-raspberry sauce — no sugar, no dairy, no gluten, no seed oils. Just collagen, Morosil®, and functional botanicals that work.

In a 12-week study, 94% of people saw changes in weight, waist size, and body composition.*

No shakes. No pills. Just a spoon 🥄 and done.

Oh... and the best news? Black Friday deals are happening now! 🎉

Lots of us are starting back to school, and this Monday can feel a little tough. But if you dance it out, it’ll lift your spirits and put a smile on your face! 😊 Drop a 😊 if this made you smile!

Hello, November! 💜

A new month, a fresh perspective, and a reminder to slow down and enjoy life a little more. I’ve been feeling the need to simplify, focus on what really matters, and make more time for the things that bring me joy.

More faith, more gratitude, less stress, and a whole lot more peace. That’s what I’m choosing this month! 💜

My heart is so full! 💜

What an incredible honor to be recognized as a Top 3 Finalist for Best Fitness Studio in McKinney!

Being surrounded by so many amazing business owners who pour their hearts into our community was truly special. I am so proud to be a small business owner in McKinney, Texas!

While there wasn’t a specific dance studio category, I was so honored to see JDM School of Dance recognized. Because what we do is SO much more than dance! 💜

When I opened JDM in 2013, I knew I wanted to create something special. Thirteen years later, I am so grateful for the opportunity God has given me to pour into the lives of children.

Building their confidence, teaching discipline, encouraging them, celebrating their successes, and watching them grow. I get to partner with parents, be a mentor, and hopefully make a lasting difference in their lives. What a blessing!

And I certainly don’t do this alone! I am so thankful for my amazing JDM team who pour their hearts into our dancers every single day. I couldn’t do this without them!

To the families who have trusted us with their children over the past 13 years, THANK YOU! Your trust, friendships, and support mean more than you know.

I truly LOVE McKinney and am so grateful to be part of this wonderful community!

God is so good, and I am so grateful! 💜✨

Happy Monday! Let’s start this week with a grateful heart.

It’s easy to get caught up in what’s going wrong or everything on our to-do list. I know I do! But practicing gratitude helps train our brains to notice more of the good. The little things we might otherwise miss.

Today I’m looking for those blessings and choosing to be a shining light for someone else.

What’s ONE thing you’re grateful for today? Tell me below! 👇

I made this chicken salad for the first time today and it was SO good, easy, fresh, and high in protein.

I used a rotisserie chicken to make it even easier.

Easy High-Protein Chicken Salad
• 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 2 cups red grapes, halved
• 3 celery stalks, chopped
• 1/3 cup light mayo
• 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp fresh dill
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt + pepper to taste

Mix it all together and that’s it. So easy for lunch, meal prep, a wrap, crackers, or over lettuce.

Definitely making this one again. Save it and let me know if you try it!

I’ve been saying I wanted to take a dance class for myself, but you know how it goes, there’s always something else that needs your time.

I’m only two weeks into Pom class, and I’m so glad I finally did it. For one hour, I get to move my body, laugh with the other ladies, and not think about everything else on my list.

I’m in a season of choosing me a little more, and this has been such a fun place to start. 💜

What’s something you’ve been wanting to do just for you? And if it’s dancing, come join me next week!

We are all so busy, and sometimes we keep saying, “We need to get together!” and then life just keeps going.

This morning I finally made the time to meet up with a friend at the cutest little Christian coffee shop + bookstore, and it was exactly what my soul needed.

Good coffee, great conversation, lots of laughs and a little reminder that sometimes you just need to make the time.

Shoutout to @bookshoppeandcoffee such a sweet little place! We will definitely be back.

If there’s a friend you’ve been meaning to get together with…send the text and make the plans.

A little Monday reminder in case you needed one today!

You’re doing better than you think.
You’re stronger than you give yourself credit for.
And in case you were wondering, you’re pretty amazing.

Now go have a great week.

Tag someone who might need this reminder today. 💜

IYKYK. 🙌✨

Somewhere along the way, I got out of the habit of moving my body regularly. And honestly, I forgot how GOOD it makes me feel.

So this week I made a promise to myself to just get up and move. I set a goal for how many days I wanted to walk, and I’m already on my way to surpassing it.

And the biggest thing I’m noticing? My mood. 💜

There’s just something about getting outside, putting on some music and moving your body that can completely shift how you feel.

At 50, and navigating this whole menopause/midlife season, I’m learning to pay a lot more attention to the things that actually make me feel GOOD.

This is one of them.

I know over the last few months I haven’t been getting enough protein, so this Monday I decided it was time to make an effort to get back to it. 💪🏻

Being a busy business owner, I’m constantly on the go, so having easy options when I’m out and about is a must. This was actually really good, filling AND 29g of protein! 🙌🏻 I grabbed a water to drink and called it a win.

Nothing complicated…just trying to make better choices where I can. 💕 Swipe to see exactly how to order it!
