And somehow, those two words mean so much more to me than just a new title.

Head Coach🥹

When I first stepped into coaching, I knew I loved fitness.

What I didn’t know was just how much coaching can be a calling that stretches far beyond fitness.

Watching someone do something they didn’t think they could do. Seeing confidence grow week after week. Pushing someone when they need it, encouraging them when they’re struggling, and celebrating the wins that no one else may ever see.

That’s the part I love. That’s my calling.

Being a coach has taught me that leadership isn’t about being the strongest person in the room or knowing everything. It’s about showing up. Paying attention. Setting the standard. Believing in people. And being willing to keep growing right alongside them.

So being trusted with the title of Head Coach feels really freaking special.

I don’t take the responsibility lightly. I want to continue to help build a place where people feel challenged, supported, seen, and proud of who they’re becoming.

I’m grateful for every person who has trusted me to coach them, every coach who has taught me something along the way, and Erik and Sarai for seeing leadership in me and giving me the opportunity to step into more.

This is one of those moments where I can look around and think…

Wow. I really love the life I’m building.
