Officially and finally, Mr. & Mrs. Moreno 🩵
I married my best friend in front of all of our family and friends yesterday. We’re officially on honeymoon mode for the next two weeks, but thank you for all of the kind words and well wishes. We love you all!

Not my best day of competing, but managed to end the day with a win and take home a bronze medal at ADCC Miami!

This was my first tournament back since Maia was born, and while the last few months have been chaotic to say the least, I’m not one to ever make excuses. My training schedule looked different this time around, but there’s always a reason why you shouldn’t, why you wouldn’t, or why you can’t, and I want Maia to grow up learning to never let anything hold her back.

Thank you to my team @alphamiamigrappling for everyone’s support and words of encouragement all day, and to the best wife and mom in the world @michelleemoreno . There aren’t enough words in the world to articulate my appreciation for you.

On to the next! In this day and age of posting on social media for clout and attention, I’d rather just post to be real. So shout out to the other parents out there getting after their dreams and continuing to live their lives in this new stage. You guys inspire me! by @julienm135

When Julien and I started dating, we spoke about the future and the families we both dreamed of one day having.
Now that dream has a heartbeat.

Motherhood is terrifying. Bringing a child into this insane world is terrifying. But somehow, in the middle of all that fear, I’ve never felt more sure of anything in my life.

Working some techniques this past weekend in the gi!

I knew this division was going to be tough with a few really good black belts in there, but I’m never one to shy away from a challenge! Growth doesn’t happen in comfort.

Thank you to Coach @lionelbareiro for keeping me sharp in the gi, and @wholiang for being in my corner while the rest of the @alpha_miami_grappling team killed it in Charlotte and Orlando.

I’ve always remembered hating Paris, but turns out that if you go to Paris with someone you love deeply to celebrate a baby you will be bringing into the world together, Paris can actually be beautiful and magical 🤍 I loved our BabyMoon. We can’t wait to meet you and take you on adventures with us, Maia! by @julienm135

Each time I compete, I’ve felt more confident and more dialed in. Closing out this year with momentum and looking forward to what God has ahead in 2026.

Two up, two down on Sunday at @main_character_jiujitsu !
Picked up a second match last minute—and won them both by decision!

I’ve been called a sore winner, and I agree.
Standards have to stay high — that’s how you climb.
