Road tripping through Munich, Barcelona and Paris these last few days reminded me of something simple. The best work happens in person. Sitting down with creators, media partners, and our EuroLeague content team changed the conversations. More direct. Suddenly everything gets clearer. Less theory. More conviction.

We’re underestimating what EuroLeague can be as a storytelling platform. Especially through Nigel’s journey. This is not just basketball. It’s pressure. Mental health. Performance under weight. That’s the story people actually care about. Real life stories in a total immersion output.

Grateful to Lisa, Eleni, Andrej,Danilo, EuroInsiders (Benedikt, Alex, Henrique, Maxime and other friendly producers), Etienne, Antoine, Léopold, our EuroLeague content team, Joris, Xuban, Martin, Rosie, IMG, Paris Basketball, Bayern Munich, Magenta, BFM, France Télévisions, Overtime, L’Équipe, Disney+, Canal+ and others who showed up and leaned in to participate in our panels in Munich and Paris. EuroLeague & Friends is more than content. It’s not a format. It’s a signal.

We want to take these conversations out of podcast studios and into universities, schools, and sports academies across Europe.

40 minut nestačí. ⏱️ Sportovní obsah se mění a Euroliga ukazuje, jak se tomu přizpůsobit.

Nové trendy, Gen Z a prostředí sociálních sítí mění způsob, jakým fanoušci sport konzumují. Euroliga proto staví na videu, gamifikaci i lokalizovaném obsahu a snaží se zachytit pozornost fanoušků. Důležitá je také rychlost, se kterou je potřeba obsah publikovat.

„Věnujeme hodně pozornosti a investujeme hodně do našich rad, aby například sestřih utkání byl venku do deseti minut po konci zápasu. A nemluvím o krátkém videu, ale až osmiminutovému sestřihu,” prozradil vedoucí contentu Euroligy Julien Segui.
