back in the room that means so much to me 🖤if you’re new here, spin has been a part of my life for nearly a decade, and in 2022 I decided to make it official and start coaching. moving my body through music in a group setting has been my favorite kind of fitness since I can remember (shockingly, I was a competitive cheerleader, not using this height for volleyball as everyone else thought I should) I am so grateful for the opportunity to return to the room where my teaching career began, just under a different name, @ytxaustin. when I’m not on the bike, you can find me at @theconcourseproject (literally, I got lucky enough to turn not one but two of my favorite hobbies into my jobs) 🫶and if you’re still reading at this point, I’m so happy you’re here!
