After a long service, this is exactly what you want in your hand (and mouth). For tonight’s Industry Late Night, the Maíz de la Vida (@maiz_dlvida) kitchen is running their flauta de cordero: American lamb shoulder (@fanoflamb) rolled into a crispy flauta with potato taquito, guacachile, and queso fresco. Rich, satisfying, and built for a room full of people who’ve been on their feet all day. The DJ is going. The piñata is still (almost) standing. And the food keeps getting better. by @julio_lccd
