My name is Julio Xoxocotla from @thelionsbarnyc. I was honored to be part of the first @1800tequila Taste Collective & @bartendermagazine in NYC. It was a great platform to challenge my senses and learn from some of the best hospitality industry leaders.

Café de Olla Martini
Inspired by the memories of waking up in Mexico to the sweet smell of Café de Olla (coffee slightly sweetened with cinnamon).

Ingredients & Recipe:

- 1.5 oz @1800tequila Reposado
- 1 single espresso (or 1.5 oz concentrated coffee)
- 0.75 oz roasted cacao-infused sweet vermouth
- 0.75 oz Café de Olla syrup (coffee & cinnamon syrup)
- Glassware: Coupe
- Garnish: Fresh cinnamon dust

Shout to the masters: @anabanana_castro @jthetequilaguy @ignacio_nacho_jimenez @arielle_johnson
¡1800 Gracias!
