I genuinely thought everyone felt bloated all day everyday 🫠

there’s so many other things but honestly I knew for a while something was off - I was constantly going to different doctors asking for answers or explanations and they’d never even suggested celiacs or autoimmune diseases (I asked to get my thyroid checked like 4 times in 1 year because I was convinced it was a hormonal problem) but low and behold it was celiacs 🤪

Genuinely had some incredible GF food while in London 👏🏼 and there were so many spots we didn’t get to try but are on our list for next time 🙂‍↕️

This focaccia sandwich was the first thing we ate in London and it was immaculate

Such an incredible meal AND experience - 10/10 would recommend !

First time trying duck and the flavor was so good but not sure if duck in general is for me

Best sushi I’ve ever had in my life

One of the best meals I’ve had in my entire life, everything from the hummus to the entrees was incredible ! Wish we could’ve eaten here again

Incredible fish & chips, the crunch on the fish was SO GOOD. Not dedicated gf but great protocols!

Last week was 3 years since my celiac diagnosis!

Genuinely, when I was told I had celiac disease I felt like my life turned upside down lol. I was about to turn 25 and this set my quarter life crisis into motion 🤡

Now 3 years later and I’m just feeling super proud of how far I’ve come and extremely grateful for the community & my loved ones.

Having celiacs has shown me how disciplined I can be, how great of a cook I am, how much I can grow and change (even as a person who is a creature of habit and had to say goodbye to some of her favorite restaurants & foods), and how lovely of a support system I have 🥹

This video is mainly a brain dump of reflections but thank you for anyone who’s been following and will continue to follow along on my journey, and to anyone who’s been newly diagnosed themselves, you’re not alone 🫶🏼

@a_and_a_soft_pretzels & @phillies thank you 😭 first soft pretzel at a Phillies game in almost 3 years because of my celiac diagnosis was so healing ❤️

Every year Citizens Bank Park gets more & more gluten free options and I am so grateful this year they got gluten free pretzels 🫶🏼

went to Disney back in March and genuinely it’s somewhere I feel so so so safe eating with celiacs 💜 they have so many procedures in place and never make me feel weird or silly for asking or checking a million times if something is safe from cross contamination or definitely gluten free !
