It all started in my bedroom doing push ups as a chubby insecure kid. Now I work out from a place of self love. Your body is a temple for the spirit. Working out hard is an act of self love and a way to honour God. Self respect is a baseline of how you allow yourself to be treated. Treat others kindly, but remember to set boundaries for yourself that cannot be crossed. For when we let others and even ourselves cross these boundaries we stop recognizing ourselves in the mirror. ❤️ Stay Sharp 🗡️ by @jumbofreeze

I just hit the 85lbs dumbbells. Don't ever give the word failure so much power, just give it another attempt. I'll take as many attempts as it takes because I've made the decision to grow and it's that simple. Follow me on my journey to 100lbs dumbbell incline press 😊❤️💪🏻 by @jumbofreeze
