Here is an easy 10-minute beginner workout you can do right in your living room 😁💃 No crazy choreography, no high jumps, and zero pain on your knees or back. How to do it: Do each move for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of a gentle, steady bounce before moving to the next. Or if you don’t want to rest you can do 1 minute per move ⏰ Beginner reminder: You do not need to jump high to get an amazing workout. Keep your knees soft and focus on pushing down into the mat with your heels.
