How do you transcend energy inward or outward through your dance?

“Me going as hard as I can, doing the best that I can every round, and as full out as I can is so I can inspire the next person. That’s me giving to someone else, that’s me giving out. And to give in I’m always inspired by other dancers.” - ATUMRA

During moments when thoughts are loud, how do you stay present while dancing?

I always go back to positive mental reinforcement. Working on my breathing and remembering that I belong. Exactly where I’m at right now. You want to clear everything else out of your head and focus only on the task at hand, you want to focus on how you want to present yourself… even if that gets you to win or not.- NSidDS
