🔗Juneteenth Barcelona 2026 , that’s a wrap! June 20th. 14 hours. Hundreds of people coming together to celebrate Black liberation, culture, and community right here in Poblenou, Barcelona. From the International Food Fair and artisan market to live performances, DJs, comedy, and a dance floor that went until 2AM! What began as an idea to create a space for connection grew into something far beyond what we imagined. More Juneteenth drops… I LOVE BLACK FOLK. The fulfillment I have in my body can’t be explained! Barcelona has officially welcomed me in so many ways. @juneteenthbarcelona has been a great Black community of creatives,builders and visionaries. I have an enthusiasm to learn more about this new Spanish culture I’m in. While still respecting my heritage! This feels like the most sacred inner merger. 🖤🛍️ We were so proud to bring a vibrant lineup of Black-owned businesses to Juneteenth Barcelona. From specialty foods to handcrafted jewelry and textiles, artwork, wooden carvings, hair products, peanut butter, and so much more, each piece carrying its own story of craft, culture and heritage. 
 ✨Our vendors helped turn the festival into so much more than an event. They made it a place to discover, support, and celebrate the talent that exists across the African diaspora and beyond.

Des d’aliments artesans fins a joieria feta a mà, tèxtils, obres d’art, escultures de fusta, productes per al cabell, mantega de cacauet i molt més, cada creació portava amb si una història d’ofici, cultura i herència.

It takes a village ❤️🖤💚 ✨ Meet the committee behind our unforgettable event — a dedicated group of volunteers bringing together backgrounds in tech, marketing, event design, production, PR and communications, product design, entertainment, writing, hospitality, and business development. 🙌🏾 What started as the idea for a small community gathering grew into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. And the excitement we felt every step of the way made it impossible not to dream bigger. 🎉We set out to honor the history of Black liberation and build a living, breathing community in this city, and seeing the joy on everyone’s faces made every second worth it ❤️ To our incredible community, our beautiful vendors, our caterer, our sponsors, collaborators, volunteers and everyone who danced with us: THANK YOU.
