Your Sunday reset is back… 🌿
If you’re craving to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself before a new week begins, this is for you.
Join us for two hours of Hatha-inspired yoga, breathwork, meditation, organic loose-leaf tea, and meaningful connection inside one of the most creative spaces in South Florida.

This isn’t just a yoga class. It’s a place to exhale. A place to step away from the constant doing, meet like-minded people, and leave feeling more grounded, inspired, and present than when you arrived.

One of my favorite parts of our first gathering was watching complete strangers leave as friends. That sense of community is exactly why I continue creating these experiences. My intention is to share the science and philosophy of yoga while creating spaces where people can reconnect—with themselves and with others.

In a world that rarely slows down, we all need a place to exhale…

That’s what we created at our first Jungl Studios event. It is your new space to move with intention, breathe deeply, share tea, connect to one another and feel inspired by the creative space around you.

For two hours we moved with intention, slowed our breathing, shared tea, and connected with people who simply wanted to feel more present.

Since I was 17 I saw myself hosting events that make people feel, and connect. I thank all of you for showing up for yourselves and for helping my vision come true. Doing this kind of work seems simple, but it is not. It is practice and dedication that will bring you to that version of yourself you did not know was possible.

Seeing strangers leave as friends is one of my favorite parts of these gatherings. My intention is to share the science of Yoga, to create a more balanced society rooted in love 🤍

Carlos @byswaggyway @cswaggyway , the mastermind behind it all is a childhood friend of mine who is passionate about his craft and has dedicated over 10 years to his work! I am so happy he welcomed me into this space (that is not your usual yoga studio). Everytime I visit here I leave feeling inspired by the possibilities of creation like photos, content, podcasts, music and more! I hope you left feeling this way as well…
