Started this year with two journals. One is this brown journal given by my son. Started with stickers, my favorite chapter about visualization from a book I am currently reading and then filled my January for the simple things that took place. ✨✨✨

Junk journal thoughts ✨
1. It’s never too late to discover (or rediscover) a hobby you love. After years of traditional journaling, I found my way to junk journaling — and it’s brought so much joy by turning the simplest, everyday things at home into something beautiful.
2. For me, junk journaling is creativity without the pressure or the price tag. You get to explore, play, and create without spending a lot — just using what you already have.

Starting my junk journal Instagram page and I’m excited!

I’ve been journaling since grade 6 (yes, the drama was real 😂), and I’ve been collecting journals from Starbucks and cute little coffee shops since 2005. If there’s coffee and paper involved, I’m in.

I’m a mom in my late 40s, fully stepping into my it’s-never-too-late-to-journal era — and honestly? It feels so good here. This was my 2025 junk journal that I was able to finished.

So grab your favorite cup, dust off that notebook you’ve been “saving,” and join me. Let’s make beautiful, messy, coffee-stained memories together. ☕️💛
