MY FATHER'S BIRTHDAY TODAY. 😤Painful reminders of my trauma always seem to come up. From the sexual abuse and the mental narcissistic games to the fistfights that happened almost daily... I went through a lot.I made it out.There are many others like me who hold this in or who are living through it right now. I speak to you when I say...Don't give up.There were many times I wanted to end my life. Many times I felt so lost and like I didn't matter.I am putting this here to let you know...You are amazing. 👏🏽You are a survivor. You will make it. You can still find love and go after your dreams.It's very hard, but you can do it.Keep fighting. WINNING IS A SKILL! At the end of the day that is what it will come down to. It does not matter if you win by advantage, decision or submission. All that matters is that you win. It's shitty is some cases ( people who actively stall to win) but this is the truth. It is always my responsibility to win and not let my opponent stall. Get some winning in and see how your mindset changes. Disclaimer: I am not telling you to stall and just focus on winning.
