Lollie & Chris’ wedding took place last weekend at Café Brauer in Lincoln Park, Chicago.

The suite drew from Japanese woodblock prints, art nouveau detail, and the gardens, ponds, and wildlife of Lincoln Park and the Chicago Zoo. Lily pads and climbing botanicals, luna moths and dragonflies, turkey tail fungi lining the envelope. Something that felt vintage and alive at the same time.

Lollie came with a very clear and beautiful vision, and bringing it to life was a genuine pleasure. 🏹

A peek into Marissa & Owen’s wedding day stationery suite at Villa Woodbine in Coconut Grove 🦚🦋

From the welcome signs to the butterfly place cards, every piece was hand-painted to tell their story. Peacocks for the venue, seashells nodding to the welcome party by the water, and of course a special appearance from their sweet pup Halo 🐾

Working with this couple was an absolute dream. Marissa and Owen, thank you for trusting me with your day, you two are the kindest, and it shows in every detail you chose to make this celebration so personal.

“Wild about you” 🦜🌺🐆 Diana & Matthew
A tropical story unfolding across their wedding weekend in Costa Rica, from welcome party to wedding day.

Toucans, frogs, palm leaves and tropical fruits, pineapple-shaped place cards, 25 hand-painted flowers for tables names, two jaguars kissing beneath Arenal Volcano. We really went wild with this one!

Finished with a thank you card tying many of these motifs together.

Wishing them the happiest life together, I’m so grateful to have worked with such lovely clients.

As always, entirely bespoke and hand-painted just for them 🐆♥️🐆

For Gail and David, who said I do at the Biltmore this weekend.

The venue was always going to be the star. A hundred years old this year, and still the most romantic address in Coral Gables. So the invitation opens like a pair of doors, revealing the two places their ceremony would unfold, one for each moment of the day.

🌺 Around it, the flowers they love most. Hibiscus and calla lilies, their two favourites, found their way onto every piece, with lots of florals spilling in between. And Maggie, their pup, waiting patiently on the RSVP for everyone’s reply.

And of the last slide, a first glimpse of the wedding weekend. More of that story soon 🏹

Coastal, vintage, quietly elegant. For Mia & Joe I painted a weekend on the Rhode Island coast, the way you’d remember an old Italian summer ♥️ 🦞

Thank you both for trusting my studio with every stationery detail. It was a joy to create.

Had so much fun creating Sarah and Dan’s save the date and crest recently! They’re getting married in Highlands, North Carolina, and from our very first conversation their vision was so clear: cozy, whimsical and deeply botanical, with a little British country charm.

So I painted a little world of winding clover spirals, trailing bleeding hearts and luna moths floating through the greenery, with a rainbow trout tied in a ribbon bow and a pierced heart as a nod to the fly fishing heritage of the area.

The crest was one of my favourite pieces to work on. A traditional heraldic shield holds the monogram of their soon-to-be shared surname, topped with an Irish claddagh and flanked by the two most important members of the family, their dogs Teddy and Rooney.

Congratulations to Mia & Joe who got married yesterday in Jamestown, Rhode Island at the groom’s family house by the sea. Coastal weddings are so special to me and Mia has been one of the sweetest clients I’ve come across. We designed and produced all their wedding stationery in record time.

Juno will move to a bigger studio soon, and when the architects asked what mattered the most in the new place, I said the wall.

It’s where everything goes while it’s being made. Colour tests, the monogram that took four tries, more flowers and floating cherubs than I can count. Each set belongs to one couple, and it stays up until the suite is boxed and sent.
Ten walls here. Different couples, different worlds, different light. Summer afternoons when everything goes warm. Winter mornings when the greens turn cold and the paper reads grey. Cloud passes and the whole wall changes its mind.

None of them look alike, because no two couples are.

An ode to Argentina, warm and lush and a little wild. That was Carla and Noah’s brief, more or less word for word, and it made everything after it easy.

They are marrying in Buenos Aires next April, and wanted something that sits between an Italian countryside lunch and a proper Argentine summer. Golden hour, garden party, nothing stiff. So the flowers are the ones that arrive without being planted: forget-me-nots, morning glories, daffodils, poppies. Terracotta and ochre with blue running all the way through.

The crest began with the Sol de Mayo. Taking inspiration from the sun in the Argentina flag felt like the quietest way to tell everyone where they are going.

I have loved every part of this so far. The invitation suite begins soon and I already know it will be one of my favourite projects this year.

Three recent wedding crests, each built around a pair of animals. 🏹

Two tigers for P&B. They share the same Chinese zodiac sign, and their stationery draws from Chinese symbolism, with an English rose and a Hong Kong bauhinia flower to root each of them in where they come from. 🐅

A lion and lioness for L&C, a quiet nod to their wedding venue at Lincoln Zoo. 🪷

And two swans for M&M. Timeless, quietly romantic. 🦢

What I love about crests is the meaning they can carry.
