What a beautiful day in the mountains with some badass gals. What I didn’t realize when I woke up yesterday was how amazing the day was going to be, I had a terrible day Friday and was feeling so down on life. The stresses of life, the ups and downs of being a business owner such uncertain times, all while trying to give my son the attention he needs and deserves as a single parent, and then throw in the daily hiccups. I always try my best to remain grateful but let’s be real we all have those hard days. Sometimes I feel like I’m completely alone and then days like yesterday make me remember how blessed I am to have created a life where I get to take the day to do things like this to reset my nervous system. Amazing views, empowering women, and days without cell service are a huge win in my book. When I went to bed last night, I also realized it was my 1000 days sober date. In the past my mental health would have spiraled, I would start drinking and being self destructive, and there is no telling how long that cycle would last. I’m so grateful to have the tools today to move through the hard times without it slowing me down to much. It’s amazing how life can change. Sober is cool guys!! 🏔️✨😎 by @jus_jes_

This is the raw real me. Woke up 34 years old, thought I was going to be working, got up early, loaded up the pup, went to town got myself a coffee and work plans canceled! Now I have the day to do whatever I want. Funny how life works out. 34 wouldn’t feel so good with out the 920 days of a sobriety I have today. Proud of who I am today and everyday. Living in the present cause that is the only thing guaranteed! Thanks for all of the love today and everyday! I am feeling it!! I have so many great people in my life.
