Went to members only grand opening of @cruxcchouston

Super excited that there’s a rock climbing gym near by. I had started rock climbing a few years ago and stopped because I hated the drive across town. Now with Crux right down the block it’s over!

Looking forward to my climbing adventures at Crux by @jussdoiit

This mornings routine was a basic one as I was not feeling well at all. Woke up and got to the vibration plate and devotional. No meditation this morning as I skipped straight to pre-market prep (short on time)

This is why I wake up extra early to make sure I have enough time and can take my time before the world starts to rush me. Some days I can’t tackle it all in perfection but I try every single day to improve or at least make sure I stick to one part of the morning routine.

As for trading today I took an L of $150 between META and AMD. I was definitely not looking at Qs and SPY for direction and just not focusing outward by @jussdoiit

First time breaking down one of my trades on here 📈👀

Keeping it SIMPLE — no crazy technical terms, no trying to sound like I know it all 😂 Just explaining what I saw, why I took the trade, and what made sense to me in the moment.

This was my MSFT trade from 9/1.

One thing I’m learning through this journey is that trading isn’t just about finding the right entry. It’s also about managing the trade, controlling your emotions, taking your profit, and being okay with what happens AFTER you exit.

I’m still learning. Still improving. Still working on trusting my setups and becoming more consistent.

Figured I’d start sharing more of the actual process behind the trades — wins, losses, mistakes and all.

Not financial advice. Just documenting my journey as a trader. 🫡📊

Would yous want to see more trade breakdowns like this? by @jussdoiit

@tuffpuffqueenz said that this specific strain will choke me up. I was up for the challenge 🤙🏾

I managed but what wasn’t captured was the one part where I go finish off the first hit & died. I did have a little break in between the @drdabber Switch Go hit and the Switch 2 hit though.

Needless to say I stood stuck for a good minute. I was all tingling and straight chillin!

Enjoy me dying with babas all out and the beautiful background convos with my family 💚 @bleu.ether @5thdimensionteaco by @jussdoiit

5AM SERIES — DROP 02 🎥

The part nobody really sees.

Early mornings. Quiet work. Training for 13.1. Learning the markets. Building businesses. And trying to become more disciplined in every area of my life.

Not every morning feels productive. Not every trade is a win. Not every run feels strong.

But I keep showing up.

Right now, that’s the goal — consistency over perfection.

One morning at a time. One mile at a time. One trade at a time.

Road to 13.1 continues. 🏃🏻‍♀️📈 by @jussdoiit

5AM looks a little different these days. ⏰

Just building a routine around trading, training, discipline, and figuring out what this new chapter looks like. A chapter that has been developing for the past 5 years which is crazy.

Becoming a full-time day trader doesn’t mean sleeping in and taking it easy. If anything, I’m learning that having more freedom means I have to be even more intentional with my time.

So… welcome to my 5AM Routine series. 🌅

Early mornings. Premarket prep. Training for my half marathon. Recovery. Real life. And everything that happens in between.

Day by day, we’re building something.
