Started teaching for the first time this year.

Many people told me to drop videos of what I was working on, but it didn't feel like I was genuinely me yet.

After many months of exploring myself physically, spiritually, and mentally, I'm honing in on what makes me (ME).

So here's my debut video. All I can say now is "This My Season" 🤙🏾

Thank you to all the support from everyone these past few months. Many more creative ideas are on the way I hope to involve people in.

I've been gone for a long time, and a lot of people asked when I'm coming back. Well, I'm back...

Out of all the years I've been alive, this by far has been the shittiest year for me from the very start, to be honest. I've been dealing with so much pain this entire year, and every time I thought it couldn't get worse, the pit I was in got deeper and deeper. The past two weeks have been the worst part of my whole year actually and I feel dead on the inside at this point.

I won't go into depth too much on what's been happening because I'll leave that for the people who truly care to reach out and check on me. However, the MAIN reason I've been out of commission so long is because I was dealing with a torn lateral meniscus.

I finally had surgery a little over two weeks ago, and the recovery has been phenomenal. When I went to my checkup up just the other day my doctor said besides the meniscus that had to be taken out my body looks like the health of a teenagers and is probably why I am recovering so fast. Guess all that yoga & strength training over the years actually paid off for something. He was suprised how much I was moving around and said I dont need to come back for another checkup, I don't need to go to physical therapy and I go back to everything I was doing before at my own discretion (yoga, dance, workout, jog, etc). This is literally the only good news I've gotten this year...

With that being said, I'm easing my way back into dance. I have so many pent-up emotions to lash out and express it's not even funny. When I'm healed, I'm coming for everything. I have my hitlist, my checklist, and a sickening mindset of a robot to make sure all goals/aspirations are achieved. If you're in my way, I'll devour you, and if I'm not good enough to do that, I'll get stronger and come back relentlessly.

No more talking, just work. So yeah, I'm back now. by @just.k_______
