For reasons we’re still trying to get to the bottom of, Confetti had a very difficult time settling in my home. The calm lady everyone fell in love with at the @nycacc was showing signs of being overstimulated and stressed over the 3-4 days that she was in my care. Most concerning, she didn’t seem to be decompressing with time. Luckily, the temporary fosters that had her before me were able to make space for her to go live with them full time while we figure out the root of the behavior shift. Sad as I am to have to pass her on, I want what is best for her and she was doing much better in their space.

I still have so many pictures of this beautiful face on my phone, and she will still be looking for a forever home once the team at @everylastonerescue feels she is ready! I will continue to post her from time to time. Love you sweet Confetti 🎉. by @just.passin.through

Have you met my new friend Confetti?? She joined ELO a little over a week ago but came to stay with me when her full time foster’s schedule shifted.

So far she is the cutest little chunker with some very clear opinions (peanut butter = yes please!). Learn more about Confetti through @everylastonerescue by @just.passin.through
