The end of an era. An energy that can't be duplicated! Columbus adopted me in a different way when I met the Superstars that come see The Deal Breakers. I always tell the band how they are genuinely some of my favorite musicians.

I'll be making some music somewhere. I'll let y'all know whenever that is.

The real Big 3.

The last slide, the last rehearsal. Was so fitting and y'all didn't even know. But you know that you got me. Always. I love y'all down.

Thank you for 5 years. I'll see y'all around!!

...y'all have a quick second? Cuz let's talk about the band. I would call these 3 for any gig, any time. The way Lynashia understands live arrangements is something special. Tap in with them, because they do it ALL. You're welcome...

Anybody else forget the words to songs you've been singing forever? Low key until it's actually show time. 🫩🫠

Season 2, Episode 16: “The Show Must Go On”
.
.
In this clip, we are in the cover song section of the show where we passed it to the singers to lead and show their artistry. Side note: One thing @trignostylgia & @joeyaich4 going to do is support and sing 😂♥️
.
.
Covers lead by:
@immeesh_music : ‘The Way’ & ‘Indigio Air/Unhinged’
@zabreariyana_ : ‘Rain’ & ‘I’m So Into You’
@sing__aaron : ‘U Know What’s Up’ & ‘Remember The Time’
@just1shani : ‘Everything’

When it got to @just1shani ‘s song, the computer started to computer 😂🥴
Good thing we practice for emergency situations like these so nobody flinched and kept the show rolling!

My cameraman, @malcolm_westmoor came in clutch and helped me get the session back rolling while playing and talking him through it, haha! #GOAT

Season 2, Episode 13: “Attack of the BGV”
.
.
For Columbus Soul Festival in support of Stokley, I added a new element to live production for @nshaiiman , BACKGROUND VOCALISTS!
.
.
I went with a 4 piece for multiple reasons we will talk about later in the recap, but every person picked were no brainers for me. With their tones and artistry as individual artists, I believed bringing them together in this space would be something special.
.
.
Welcome to the crazy they all brought me 😂♥️

To the good Bruhz!

Because these are the only pics I even felt like being on my phone to capture.

Summer 26 in a nutshell.

Little long legs.

And we thank the Bruhz for their kindness, protection, respect, laughter, and good time.
In every lifetime make sure I'm this.

June, you're always my favorite. Thank you for the reminders. And thank you to my village for giving me a soft place to land. I needed that charge up. I'm back, though. 38 is sounding a little serious 🌚
